At Kiveton Park Infant School we endeavour to offer an environment that is welcoming, a place where learning is at the centre of all we do and every child is nurtured to help them achieve their full potential.
"Why did the banana go to the Doctor? Because he wasn’t peeling very well!" "What do you call a donkey with 3 legs? A wonkey!" "Why are pirates called pirates? Because they Aaarrrr!" "What time do the ducks wake up? At the quack of dawn!" Make sure your children have got a joke prepared for our Red Nose Day joke competition on Friday. Children who want to join in can tell a joke to their class, and the teachers will choose 2 to go into a whole school competition. I can't wait
Here are a few more pics of our creative KS1 children from when they took part in an art workshop recently 🎨🖌️ Huge thanks to Bethany, a former KPI student now studying Art at uni, for returning to lead these fantastic workshops for her degree project. The kids were so engaged, and we can’t wait to have her back for more 😊
We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating World Day of Forests at our beautiful Kiveton Community Woodland! Huge thanks to TCV - The Conservation Volunteers for the invitation. The children had a brilliant time getting stuck into nature workshops and exploring the great outdoors. We all had a fabulous time 🌳🌳
We are thrilled to announce the winners of the Sporting Value Award for the last half-term! We are proud to recognise the following these students for their achievements 😊 Congratulations to all the winners for their hard work! 🎉
Our new art club is a big hit! The club take on a different project each week. It was lovely to see everyone concentrating so hard on this task where they used paints to create their own creatures 🎨🖌️
